One of the basic needs of life is shelter. Many people are living on the streets today not because they like to do so but, because they do not have the means to have their own places. ICD plans to establish shelters as transit for the homeless. They may remain in such shelter until they are gainfully employed and acquire their own apartments. We need financial help to be able to implement this program.
